Your Squash committee has agreed to fund HIIT classes for squash members and their FAMILIES - see notes below from Natalie.

She will be doing two taster sessions - this Saturday (30th Jan) at 9am and next Thursday (4th February) at 6pm.

Online HIIT (high intensity interval training )
HIIT is proven to be the best form of exercise to improve fitness, burn fat, build strength and feel great!!

HIIT has been proven to be a great crossover sport to sports such as running, squash, football and netball.

Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive athlete the class is adaptable, using mostly body weight natural movements, the class is hard, effective but enjoyable (lots add dumbbells for better results).

Each HIIT class is 30 mins long, the class is via zoom, codes to be sent via waatsap 15 mins prior to class.
Each track of the class has a focus and it is all choreographed to music.

The class is based on very basic but effective moves eg squat jumps / burpees / shuttle runs.

The two weekly classes are Thursday 6pm and Saturday 9am the course is a 10 class course, we’re currently in course 8 and this will continue/end 6th Feb!

New course of 10 classes will start 11th feb! So I will need names, emails and tel numbers of participants before then wishing to participate
