As well as being The Director of Squash and Fitness at C&NW, Mo is one of the highest qualified squash coaches in the country. The Warwickshire County Coach has worked with the West Midlands Regional and England National Squads. He has taken players from grass roots level to National and World Rankings. Presently, Mo is one of the most sought after coach educators and national trainers in England delivering Coaching/Tutoring/Assessing and Quality Assurance qualifications, Safeguarding courses, 1st Aid courses and Mental Health 1st Aid courses.
As an accomplished player he has been club and county champion, Irish Masters champion, Cyprus Masters champion, finalist in the British Masters Championships and amongst the top 5 nationally ranked and top 8 world ranked players in his age group. He has played for Coventry 1st team for over 25 years and has represented Warwickshire & England on many occasions.
As well as a qualified personal trainer, Mo is also an accomplished sports and remedial massage therapist helping with prevention of and recovery from soft tissue injuries.
Coaching is available individually and in small groups for £20 per 40-minute session. Junior group coaching is also available on Saturday mornings.
Personal Training sessions can be arranged for £30 per hour.
Remedial and Sports massage sessions are also available with Mo at £30 per 45 minutes.
Mo also runs the Pro Shop which offers an efficient racket stringing service, clothing, footwear, rackets and accessories for sale.
